How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent local provider in our network. Kmlovely Concrete makes the introduction. It does not do the work and does not send its own crew.
Each provider runs a separate business. That means each one has its own methods, schedule and pricing.
What Happens First
First, you share your project details. Next, a provider reaches out. Then you talk through the job and decide on a site visit or estimate.
The provider may ask:
- What are you building?
- What size is the area?
- Is there an old slab to remove?
- How does water move across the space?
- Where will trucks and equipment need to reach?
Have your photos and notes ready. Clear answers help the provider give a more useful estimate.
What to Ask a Provider
1. Is the quote in writing, with scope and materials listed? 2. How will you prep the base and handle drainage? 3. How do you plan for freeze-thaw winters? 4. What about control joints, reinforcement and sealing? 5. What are your licensing and insurance details? 6. What is the timeline and payment schedule? 7. What happens if weather delays the pour?
Keep Your Records
Save every quote, message and photo in one folder. If you ever talk with your insurer about damage, some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
You Are in Control
You can compare quotes. You can say no. You can ask for changes. Costs vary by job, so get it in writing before work starts.
Take your time. A good provider will not rush you to sign.
